Automatic tool change system

Tool change for light broaches designed to be moved by hand:
The combination of movements needed for a tool change is controlled by an HMI. After the change the tools stick in released mode in the shankand the tool slide is in an upwardly moved position. This way the tools can be removed and re-inserted in one single movement.



Tool change for heavy broaches:
There is several equipment available for the movement of the broaches to the outside to be easily accessable to the external crane or for fully automatic change with or without tool turret magazine.

Shank and end fitting are aligned to DIN 1417 (but allowing restricted tolerances)
